Everything here is made by hand in small batches using the cold process method. Colour, scent strength and surface pattern vary from batch to batch. That variation is a property of the process, not a defect.

Product photographs are indicative. Net weight is stated on every product page and on the label.

Our products are cosmetic preparations for external use. Nothing on this site is a medical claim, and none of it is a substitute for advice from a doctor or a dermatologist. Patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and cash on delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.

We reserve the right to correct a price that was displayed in error. If a price changes after you order but before we dispatch, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and dispatch the goods. If an item sells out between your order and dispatch, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where we suspect fraud, where a delivery address is outside our coverage, or where an order is clearly a duplicate.

The brand name, logo, product names, photographs and written content on this site belong to Rasa & Root. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at CITY have exclusive jurisdiction.
