Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by writing to hello@rasaandroot.com or messaging +91 00000 00000 with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.

These are handmade cosmetic products intended for personal use. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used soaps, oils or salves.

We will replace or refund an item if:

• it arrived damaged or leaking;
• you received the wrong product; or
• the product was past, or close to, the end of its shelf life on arrival.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and the packaging.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear on your statement.

For cash on delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account in the name of the person who placed the order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the fault was ours — a damaged, wrong or defective item.

Our products are made from botanical ingredients and essential oils. A full ingredient list is printed on every label and shown on each product page. We recommend a patch test before first use. Sensitivity to an ingredient that is correctly and visibly disclosed is not treated as a defect, but do get in touch — we would rather hear about it.
