Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. We make everything in small batches by cold process, and a bar cures for several weeks before it is packed — if something you ordered is still curing, we will contact you on the phone number given at checkout before dispatch.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes may take longer. A tracking number is shared over WhatsApp or email once the courier picks up the parcel.

• Flat ₹49 on all prepaid orders below ₹999.
• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹30 handling charge, shown at checkout before you confirm.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable, or a cash on delivery order was refused at the door, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery is chargeable at the original shipping rate.

Please photograph the parcel before opening it if the outer packaging is visibly damaged, and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
